Arrived late, yet still received impeccable service. Room was luxurious, with comfortable bedding, plush towels. Exclusive amenities were supplied. Exceptional breakfast included many choices. Location offered private facilities that made the stay even more unique.

A minor issue occurred with the remote control that wasn't immediately fixed, but overall, this hotel delivered an unforgettable luxury experience. As soon as I arrived at the hotel in Nyingchi, I was impressed by the high level of service received.
